Following a successful career in Information Technology in which she incorporated collaborative design principles in her management roles within Fortune 500 and Global 100 corporations, Karen Kiefer has turned her focus to promoting transformation among these organizations through experiential learning, coaching and service-based initiatives. Karen has over 15 years experience as a business and Information Services management professional, connecting businesses and organizations with quality solutions. Building loyal, cohesive, cross-functional and self-sustaining teams, and then empowering them to find new alternatives has been her key to leading successful projects.  As part of the Mid-Atlantic IBM management team, Karen managed Global Services client engagements, projects and teams for large-scale technology rollouts and upgrades for business clients, large government agencies, and international banks. As the Manager of Marriott International’s Collaborative Technolgy department, Karen developed and was responsible for all aspects of Marriott's enterprise-wide Collaborative Technology infrastructure and its deployment to over 10,000 end users throughout business units and properties across the globe.
